Home Again

Our trip home wasn't quite as smooth as the trip there.  Perhaps we stayed one day to many because things seemed to all go downhill from Thursday afternoon when we lost Evie on.  Our flight home was suppose to depart from Orange County at 9:15 a.m. which is a little early to have all these kiddos up and moving after 3 days at Disneyland but we did it.  We were all there and ready to go in time, but then our flight got delayed due to fog, and then cancelled, and then we had to rebook and rebook again.  We finally did all get on a flight, together amazingly, but there was almost no time to get from that flight to our connecting flight.  So all 20 of us had to run through the airport at our stop trying to catch our connection.   We did all make it and made it home safely as did all of our luggage but it was quite an adventure.  In addition to the flight craziness Ollie didn't feel feel well and threw up in the Uber car on the way to the airport and Ryan and Katie got rear ended on the freeway coming home.  Like I said not nearly as smooth as the trip there but we made it!

These kids really did well all things considered.  However, I think we probably drove a few people crazy letting the kids spread out all over the floor the way we did and we may have accidentally set off the fire alarm.  Opps!!

We had a pretty mellow group heading back.  I think we all wore ourselves out!
